Policies
General
- Rates do not include the 11% tax.
- Rates are subject to change and availability.
- All rates are single/double occupancy.
- $20 charge for a third person in the room.
- All rates include our daily breakfast buffet and apres ski party refreshments during ski season.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
Deposits
- A fifty percent (50%) deposit is due within 7 days after booking.
- All bookings made in winter, 30 days or less prior to arrival, require full payment.
Refunds
- We require 30 days notice prior to arrival date in order to refund any monies.
- Amount of refund, if any, will be based on the resale of the entire hotel.
- We reserve the right to withhold $50.00 on any cancellation as a handling fee.
