Policies
General
- Rates do not include 11% tax
- Rates are subject to change and availability
- All rates are single/double occupancy
- Children 12 and under stay free
- $20 charge per night for a third person in the room (over 12 years old)
- All rates included deluxe continental breakfast
- Rates may be slightly higher on holidays and weekends
- Dogs are welcome for a fee
- Food and Wine weekend requires a three night minimum stay. All nights at weekend rates.
Deposits
- Reservations require a one-night deposit and a credit card guarantee.
Cancelations and Refunds
- Notice of cancelation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- One night's deposit will be forfeited for cancelations received within 7 days of arrival.
- A $25 cancelation fee will be imposed on reservations canceled more than days prior
- to arrival.
- Refunds will be based upon resale of the entire hotel.
