Summer reservations require a one-night deposit and a credit card guarantee.

 

We require notice at least 7 days prior to arrival for cancellation.  A $25 cancellation fee will be imposed.  One night's deposit will be forfeited for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

Refunds will be based upon resale of the entire hotel.

Rates may be slightly higher for holidays or weekends, and are subject to change. Tax is 10%.

All rates include an expanded continental breakfast.
